A STUDY · Before the campaign
The unnamed offer
If the offer cannot be separated from its neighbours, media will only make the blur louder.

Companies often ask for visibility when the prior problem is indistinction. The website, the booth and the founder all describe a category. None of them names the commercial choice a buyer is actually making.
The useful first act is not a new visual system. It is a sentence a stranger can finish. Who it is for. What changes if they buy. What they are comparing you with, whether or not you like the comparison.
Until that sentence exists, advertising is a tax on confusion. The study stops there on purpose. Differentiation is not a mood. It is a decision you are willing to repeat.
