1. Agreement to Terms

3.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and approvals
• Supplying necessary content, materials, and access
• Timely payment of fees as outlined in the agreement
• Ensuring they have rights to all materials provided to us

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and services provided by Aristocrat Ads, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and methodologies, are the property of Aristocrat Ads and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

4.2 Client Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables specifically created for them, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

4.3 Portfolio Rights

Aristocrat Ads reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless explicitly prohibited by a non-disclosure agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in the service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise stated:

• Projects require an advance payment before work begins
• Recurring services are billed monthly in advance
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aristocrat Ads or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or services provided, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on Aristocrat Ads' website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

9. Indemnification

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for work completed become immediately due.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
